Recently, the SC100X76 jaw crusher manufactured by Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. completed final assembly and pre-delivery inspection. The machine is now painted with its nameplate fitted and is ready for loading and transport. With a feed opening of 760×1000 mm, a discharge setting range of 70–200 mm, a capacity of 125–490 t/h, a 110 kW motor and a total weight of 20.1 t, it is widely used for primary crushing in mining and aggregate applications.

The SC100X76 is a deep-chamber jaw crusher with a large feed opening. Driven by the eccentric shaft, the moving jaw swings periodically so that material is crushed between the fixed and moving jaws by compression and splitting, then discharged by gravity. The 760×1000 mm feed opening accepts large lump sizes, the deep chamber increases crushing passes, and the discharge setting is adjustable from 70 to 200 mm to meet different product size requirements.

Quality control covers the key components: castings of the frame and moving jaw are inspected for material grade and soundness, the forged main shaft is quenched, tempered, finish turned and ground, and the high-manganese jaw plates are matched to the crushing chamber. After assembly, the crushing angle, bearing clearance and discharge setting are checked, and the machine is released after passing the no-load running test. Balance-checked flywheels and pulleys ensure smooth operation.

With a 110 kW motor and a weight of 20.1 t, the SC100X76 delivers solid capacity while remaining easy to transport and install, well suited to the primary crushing stations of small and medium-sized mining and aggregate plants.
